California Concept offers the following Returns Policy:
We require a return authorization number to ensure that returns are processed correctly. Please call 1-888-922-7546 if you need to return an item and we will give you instructions.

You may return all items purchased at California Concept Online Store within 30 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount.  No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Refunds will not be applied to invoices that are more than 30 days old or products that are over 30% used. It is the customer's responsibility to provide postage for the return or exchange of products. No credit will be given until we receive the products. The products must be returned in their original packaging or refund will not be given.

California Concept will not accept deliveries without a return authorization number for security and processing reasons. You will also need to return the products via certified mail or some other mechanism that requires the signature of our staff or at the very least confirms some sort of delivery

All wholesale orders will ship from our California Concept warehouse in Van Nuys, California. We ship via UPS Ground and shipping charges will be added to your invoice.

Sales Tax will be charged on all orders in the state of California unless a resale number is provided.
